-Devote as much time as required with each patient so that one comes to understand their disease process and the underlying causes.
-To educate each patient so that they can understand the healing process and become an integral part of feeling better.
-To ensure the physical, emotional and social needs of a patient are taken care of.
-To assist in the development of a health plan specific to one's needs. 

Expectations

We desire to become partners in the healing process, to change old patterns, embrace chance and give the patient the confidence to understand that they are equally responsible for their own healing.  We are looking for people who are ready for change, and are willing to work for it!
